According to a news report from PegasusNews.com, “Boston’s The Gourmet Pizza will re-open its Irving location with a $500,000 makeover.”

“The Irving store, which opened in Valley Ranch in 2000, now features elements that are of key interest to any pizza fan, including fabric seating in shades of blue and maroon, woven walls that separate many of the tables for a more intimate experience; and flat-screen plasma TVs throughout the bar and restaurant. “The updated look and feel of the restaurant will provide diners with a more sophisticated experience,” said Dusty Pope, GM of Boston’s Irving location. “Whether they are watching their favorite sports game or joining us for a great meal with their family, the upgraded look will combine best-in-class dining options with a new, more sophisticated look,” said the story. “Irving has been a great location for us since it has opened,” said Doug MacDonald, president of Boston’s The Gourmet Pizza. “We felt it was time to update our look and we’ll be rolling out this redesign in various stores as well as some of our new locations. We anticipate the Boston’s customer will enjoy the new feel.”
