Creative Host Services Celebrates Food Court Improvements at Piedmont-Triad International Airport

National brands introduced at hand-shaking ceremony

LANSDOWNE, Va., Aug. 1 /PRNewswire/ — This morning, Creative Host Services (CHS) — a leading provider of airport food and beverage concessions — and Piedmont-Triad International Airport (PTI) celebrated the grand opening of the airport’s improved multi-million dollar food court featuring nationally recognized brands.

A traditional ribbon-cutting event was replaced with a hand-shaking ceremony between Les Cappetta, CEO of CHS, and Henry Isaacson, chairman of the PTI Airport Authority, where they introduced the latest concepts.

The food court now houses CHS’s first introduction of the ever-popular Dunkin Donuts brand. Travelers will find themselves satisfying their coffee and sweet urges with a pit stop at this location any time of day.

PTI also welcomes a Quiznos To-Go, starring the fast-growing chain’s crowd-pleasing sub sandwiches, and Pizza Hut Express, an international powerhouse known for their signature pizzas and side items. Convenient and easy, these quick-service concepts will satisfy business-folk and hungry tourists alike.

The airport dining experience gets even better with Sam Adams Celebrates Greensboro brewhouses, customized especially for PTI, with locations in both the North and South Terminals. Before and after flights, folks can kick back and enjoy a cold brew and a Nathan’s World Famous hot dog.

“We are proud to continue our long-standing partnership with Piedmont- Triad International Airport and firmly believe that this collective mix of national brands will best satisfy the needs of its patrons and provide for a superior customer experience, marked by quality products and hospitable service,” Cappetta said.

With a 10-year presence at PTI, CHS recently extended their operations contract in the airport’s North and South Terminals for another five years. This renewed relationship will enable CHS to implement additional dining concepts for people making their way around the world via PTI. Isaacson said, “Having these nationally known companies at the airport means travelers will have consistently high quality food and service. The significant investment Creative Host Services has made at PTI will greatly improve the food options and quality at our airport.”
