LOS ANGELES–California Pizza Kitchen, Inc. (CPK), home to the Original BBQ Chicken Pizza and other innovative hearth-baked pizzas, made-to-order pastas, creative salads, appetizers, soups, sandwiches and desserts, today announced the opening of its third restaurant in India. Opened by CPK franchise partner JSMGGC India Pvt. Ltd., a joint-venture between Mumbai-based JSM Corporation and Dubai-based Gourmet Gulf Company, it is located in Malad, a suburb located directly north of Mumbai.
The new CPK restaurant is situated in the third floor courtyard of Infiniti Mall. Home to a wide variety of brands from Lacoste to Zara, along with numerous entertainment options including a 5-screen movie theater, a Kids Zone activity center and India’s first indoor rollercoaster, Infiniti Mall is Malad’s newest destination to shop, eat and play.
The 3,750 square-foot restaurant seats approximately 150 people and will open daily from 12:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
The open-exhibition kitchen takes center stage where guests can watch as all of the innovative creations are prepared. The menu will include all of the CPK favorites including the Original BBQ Chicken Pizza, Thai Crunch Salad and Kung Pao Spaghetti.
