Cono Italiano Inc Enters Into Exclusive Agreement With Aliments MSU FOODS of Canada

(OTCBB:CNOZ), the exclusive license holder for the North American
Distribution and Manufacturing rights for “pizza cono,” a
one-of-a-kind, drip-free, cone shaped pizza made from proprietary dough
and manufacturer of frozen foods, is pleased to announce its “pizza
cono” and empanadas to be distributed by MSU FOODS for retail in
Canada.

We are proud to announce our agreement with MSU FOODS to be Cono
Italiano Inc exclusive representative for the sales marketing and
distribution in the Canadian Market.

across Canada, sales expectations for 2012 and 2013 are in the range of
10 million dollars which is expected to double in 2014.

The two companies have begun negotiations for a similar agreement for
retail sales in the United States where MSU FOODS associated sales and
marketing firm, Northport Food and Beverage Company would spearhead the
operation.
