The Connecticut Restaurant and Lodging Show will be taking place on October 15-16, 2007 at the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford, Connecticut.  The trade show, sponsored by the Connecticut Restaurant Association and the Connecticut Lodging Association, will feature companies that cater to the restaurant and lodging business as well as special events throughout both days.

The exhibit floor will showcase foods and beverages, technology, spirits, bar and cooking equipment, linens and furniture and more.  Show features include a mixmaster bartender competition, pizza pavilion, wine & spirits pavilion, chef relay, and ice sculpture artists. Last year the show attracted 5,700 industry professionals to the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford.

An area of the exhibit floor has been dedicated to pizza suppliers, anchored by PMQ’s Pizza Magazine, the leading international pizza publication in the U.S. The Magazine will showcase their various publications, website, pizza radio, U.S. pizza team and marketing programs. 

In addition, PMQ will dazzle the audience with performances by a  professional pizza dough acrobat as seen on ESPN’s Cold Pizza, CNN Headline News, CBS’s The Early Show, CBS Sunday Morning, WPIX Morning, Good Morning America, Food Network, and many other local and national television stations.
