September 2, 2009The results of Restaurants & Institutions Consumers’ Choice in Chains study have been announced, naming CiCi’s Pizza as the silver award-winning pizza chain in America. 

In the Consumers’ Choice in Chains study, conducted by Restaurants & Institutions magazine, 3,000 consumers were asked to rate nearly 120 chain restaurants on eight customer satisfaction attributes: food quality, menu variety, value, service, atmosphere, cleanliness, reputation and convenience. Winners have been named in thirteen menu categories based on scores given to each restaurant chain.

Now in its 29th year, the Restaurants & Institutions Consumers’ Choice in Chains award is recognized as a key measure of success by restaurant chains across the country.
