Chipotle announced Wednesday that it plans to close 55 to 65 of its locations, including five of the seven locations of its fast-casual pizza chain Pizzeria Locale, according to Business Insider. The only Pizzeria Locale locations that will remain open are the two in Denver.
In addition to the closures, executives are looking at new menu items, a new loyalty program, and new deals that could attract customers outside of the regular lunch and dinner times, in an effort to get the company back on top.
