June 17, 2008 – Kyro Partners LLC, the owner of the Kryo Pizza brands, including Kyro Pizza™ and Kryo Pizza and Grille™, is pleased to announce that Chef Bruno, a world renown pizza expert, has joined the Kryo Pizza management team as its Chief Training and Operations Manager.
In this role, Chef Bruno will oversee quality control and serve as menu adviser, franchisee trainer and operations manager. He will also help launch new Kyro Pizza locations across the nation. Each Kyro Pizza location will feature Chef Bruno’s award winning brick oven pizzas, as well as whimsical and “off the wall” original creations. Kyro Pizza currently has plans to open 50 franchised locations by 2015 and believes the addition of Chef Bruno will help it reach, if not exceed, its goals.
Chef Bruno will also serve as a company spokesman and will assist with media relations and the marketing of Kryo Pizza franchises. Leveraging Chef Bruno’s international acclaim and culinary skills will be instrumental in building the Kyro Pizza brands.

Chef Bruno brings nearly 50 years of foodservice experience to his new partnership with Kyro Pizza. He opened his first pizzeria at age 18 and has since opened nearly 40 additional restaurants across Europe, North America and South America.
