A mound of thin-sliced Shaved Steak beef piled high on a thick pizza crust with creamy cheese sauce, topped with red onion and a blend of cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.

  • 1 Bonici Par-Baked Pizzeria Crust, Thick Center, Large Edge, 12 (#25175-269), 
  • 1 oz. light olive oil
  • 5 oz. Cheddar cheese sauce
  • 2 oz. Cheddar cheese blend (combination of 50% mild cheddar cheese, shredded and 50% part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded)
  • 2 oz. Red onions, julienne-cut
  • 7 oz. Tyson Shaved Steak Beef (#15298-928)
  • 1 oz. Cheddar cheese blend


  • Brush the crust with olive oil just prior to assembling the pizza. *Note: It is not necessary to thaw par-baked pizza crusts.
  • To assemble each pizza: Spread 5 oz. sauce evenly over crust. Top with 2 oz. cheddar cheese blend, 2 oz. red onions, 7 oz. shaved steak and 1 oz. additional cheddar cheese blend.
  • Bake uncovered, on a lightly oiled pan dusted with cornmeal or on a mesh pizza screen, in a preheated conventional oven at 450F for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  • Remove from oven and slice into 8 wedges.
