Just in time for summer, California Pizza Kitchen (CPK) announced limited-time menu items and six new handcrafted cocktails and two elevated wines.

“This limited time menu is our love letter to Summer,” said Chef Paul Pszybylski, vice president of culinary innovation at CPK. “We’re showcasing vibrant and classic seasonal flavors that are incredibly crave-worthy, in both dishes and drinks that will put a summertime smile on anyone’s face.”

From Tuesday, May 21 through August 18, CPK will “transport” its customers into summer with some of the following menu items:

● California Fields Salad: A vibrant medley of fresh watermelon and strawberries, creamy Feta cheese, basil leaves, and crunchy California pistachios on a bed of crisp field greens, tossed with CPK’s signature Champagne vinaigrette.

● Strawberry Shortcake: A summertime staple with a CPK twist, this scratch-made biscuit is topped with a mountain of the season’s ripest strawberries, then finished with whipped cream and house-made candied lemon zest. For the ultimate summer smile, add a scoop of rich Vanilla Häagen-Dazs.

● Sparkling Watermelon Cooler: This refreshing non-alcoholic cooler is summer in a glass and features freshly pureed watermelon blended with a hint of zesty lime, topped off with sparkling water to keep you cool all season long.

● Summer Fruit Sangria: Crafted to perfection, enjoy a blend of Belleruche Rosé, fresh lemonade, juicy strawberries, and Grey Goose Vodka, served chilled and garnished with fresh summer fruits and a sprig of mint.

The six new handcrafted cocktails and wines include the following:

● Bourbon Peach Smash: Balanced with sweet and savory flavors of Woodford Reserve Bourbon, peach, orange, and lemon.

● Sparkling Mojito: Bacardi Superior Rum, agave sour, fresh mint, and lime topped with La Marca Prosecco.

● Skinny & Spicy ‘Rita: Casamigos Blanco Tequila, agave, fresh lime, shaved serranos, and a Tajin rim.

● Golden Cadillac ‘Rita: Don Julio Resposado, agave, and fresh lime crowned with Grand Marnier.

● French Martini: Grey Goose Vodka, pineapple, Chambord, and an orange twist.

● Blueberry Lemon Drop: Tito’s Handmade Vodka, blueberries, and zesty lemon.

● White Wines: Unshackled Sparkling Rosé By Prisoner, California; Emmolo by Caymus Sauvignon Blanc, California; Harvey & Harriet White Blend, Central Coast; J. Lohr Riverstone Chardonnay, Arroyo Seco Monterey

● Red Wines: Bonanza by Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon, California; Oberon Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa County
