Opening to benefit Assistance League of Austin’s Operation School Bell
The 5,900 square-foot restaurant is located next to Macy’s at The Domain shopping plaza located at Mopac Expressway and Braker Lane in Austin, Texas. Hours of operation are Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Guests can dine-in or place a take-out order by calling (512) 836-4400.
The menu will feature all of the popular favorites, including the Thai Chicken Pizza, Jamaican Jerk Pizza, BBQ Chicken Chopped Salad and Shanghai Garlic Noodles as well as five new menu items: Chicken Piccata, Chicken Marsala, Chicken Milanese, Mango Tandoori Chicken Pizza and a Steakhouse Chopped Salad.
A full bar offers an extensive beverage menu with a great selection of wines along with more than 40 specialty drinks, including CPK’s original California Cosmo, and an extensive list of martinis and margaritas. Eight new cocktails, including Pomegranate Margaritas; Pomegranate Martinis; CPK’s Sun Splash, a tasty concoction made with Ketel One Citroen Vodka, Hiram Walker Pomegranate Schnapps, fresh lemonade and a splash of club soda; Appleberry Sangria; Passion Fruit Mojitos; Raspberry Margaritas; Top Shelf Margatinis and Classic Martinis will also be available.
Following CPK’s tradition of giving back to the communities in which it operates, the new CPK restaurant will donate 100 percent of all dine-in pizza sales during regular business hours on Tuesday, March 27, 2007 to the Assistance League of Austin’s Operation School Bell, a community-based philanthropic project. Proceeds will help this organization provide needy school-age children with new clothing, a shoe voucher and a grooming kit. Last year Operation School Bell clothed approximately 3,300 children including Katrina evacuees.
