Ross Jabaay, Burke’s senior director of food safety & quality, is now ASQ-certified HACCP auditor

NEVADA, Iowa -Burke Corporation today announced that Ross W. Jabaay, senior director of food safety & quality, has been named an ASQ-Certified Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) Auditor.  Jabaay received the certification from the American Society for Quality (ASQ), headquartered in Milwaukee, Wis.  Requirements for the ASQ designation include satisfactory completion of the Certified HACCP Auditor (CHA) exam.

The certification means that Jabaay has reached a significant level of comprehension and proficiency in the auditing tools and techniques supporting an HACCP system.   Individuals who earn this certification are allowed to use “ASQ CHA” on their business cards and professional correspondence.
