“This is an exciting time for us, and we are thrilled to be adding this state-of-the-art expansion to our 420 inspired team members and the new jobs to the community,” said Chad Randick, president of Burke Corp. “The new addition has industry-leading sustainability features and helps us continue our efforts to operate a world-class food quality and safety facility.”
The company’s commitment to food safety, food quality and production efficiencies is apparent throughout the new sustainability features incorporated into the facility. The additions include a heat recovery system, high-pressure belt system and ammonia compressors, which provide efficient processes to reuse heat and water usage throughout the facility.
“Not only will our new addition help us deliver first-class sustainability processes and results, but also continue to meet our growing customer demands and requests,” said Mike Dougherty, vice president of sales and marketing at Burke Corp. “Additionally, for our incredible team members, we offer even more ergonomic features, which allow them to focus on providing our customers with the products they want while working safely and comfortably.”
“As a proud member of the Nevada community for 40 years, we are honored to bring the opportunity for our friends and neighbors to join us at Burke Corp. for a great career,” Randick added.
