(Press Release) WESTFIELD, WI, February 6, 2013 — Foodservice chicken producer Brakebush Brothers has announced the acquisition of Trinity Valley Foods of Irving, TX, a leading further-processor of raw, sized, marinated, and ready-to-cook chicken products. The agreement was finalized on December 31, 2012.

Brakebush Brothers, a leader in fully cooked chicken, produces a wide variety of value-added chicken products for the foodservice, chain and industrial markets. Trinity Valley Foods’ national and regional restaurant chain customer base will give Brakebush new markets for its products.Carl Brakebush, president of the company that bears his name, is enthusiastic about what the acquisition will deliver to customers. “We’re two like-minded companies who share the same set of values and quality expectations.
