Dallas, Texas (PRWEB) February 26, 2009 — Pizza-loving basketball fans have a shot at $50,000 in cash, thanks to Bracket Buster ― the college basketball tournament promotion being launched in March by Boston’s The Gourmet Pizza, a casual dining chain with locations in 26 states throughout the country.

Boston’s Bracket Buster, an online bracket promotion tied to the March college basketball tournament games, gives customers a chance to share in the excitement of the basketball tournament craze and pick their way to a grand prize of $50,000 or other smaller prizes.

To play, customers simply log onto www.bostonsgourmet.com and select the Boston’s Bracket Buster link. Upon registration, customers are able to select their picks for the first round of playoff games. Before the start of each of the six rounds, customers are invited to come back to select their picks for the upcoming round. One grand prize of $50,000 is available if any customer selects 60 or more correct picks out of the 63 games. Two $1,000 prizes are up for grabs for customers who make 57 to 59 correct picks, and up to 20 $100 prizes will be awarded to customers who select 55 to 56 correct picks.

“We wanted to offer our customers an exciting, interactive promotion that would keep them engaged throughout the entire college basketball tournament,” notes Erika Buesing, Director of Marketing for Boston’s. “Boston’s is all about providing a fun, relaxing environment where people can kick back with great food and good friends while watching their favorite sports. It’s the perfect place to watch college basketball.”

Boston’s Bracket Buster promotion, which starts March 1 and goes through the end of the tournament on April 6, is open to all legal U.S. residents age 18 and older. The promotion, which is being advertised via in-store POP, was developed and is being administered by Dallas-based SCA Promotions.
