Since that first store opened in 1999, Borriello Brothers has grown to nine stores with sales currently at $10 million in sales. The original downtown location began as a traditional New York pizzeria, and the company built its next eight stores on that very same concept – bringing New York-style Italian fare to Colorado. The restaurant is built on a fast-casual concept, using counter service and preparing made-to-order food for customers.
