Bill Chemero Returns to Figaros to Lead Franchise Development Team

(Salem, OR)—One good turn deserves another is a common saying in the business world, for if success is attained once, the person responsible should have the chance to repeat that positive outcome. For Figaro’s Pizza, this encore performance comes in the form of Bill Chemero.

As a former member of the company’s development team, Chemero helped generate over one million dollars in franchise sales. After a five-year hiatus, Chemero will reenter the Figaro’s fold on September 17th as vice president of franchise development.

Chemero left Figaro’s in 2002 to join Edible Arrangements, a then three-year-old Connecticut-based fruit arrangement and gift basket company with 38 franchisees. In the 28 months Chemero helmed the company’s franchise development team, Edible Arrangements sold 651 new franchises – 243 of which were sold by Chemero himself. His new position with Figaro’s finds Chemero directing all franchise sales, marketing and recruitment efforts to further grow the brand.

Figaro’s Pizza has grown to over 100 locations and the company expects to open 15 to 20 new units per year over the next several years.
