TULSA, OKLA – October 22, 2010 – Beautiful Brands International (BBI) announced today the
addition of Tulsa-based restaurant, Top That! Pizza, to its portfolio of restaurants to market and
franchise worldwide. The announcement coincided with the grand opening of the first Top That!
Pizza location in Tulsa at 8393 S. Memorial Drive.

Top That! Pizza was created in partnership by Beautiful Brands International and Jeff and Lori
Walderich and is the first of its kind in the fast casual industry. Their agreement will utilize BBI’s
organizational and support system to market and franchise the brand on a national and global scale.
BBI’s support includes product development, marketing, real estate, architecture, legal, franchise
sales, and other aspects of franchise development. As of today, BBI has the first franchisee lined up
for Top That! Pizza.
“Sandwich shops have made it so easy, quick and affordable to get fresh-made subs – even healthy
ones – so why hasn’t it been done with pizza?” said Lori Walderich. “Everybody has a different
eating style. One person in line may crave a meaty, cheesy belly-buster; the next person could create
a vegetarian pizza with basil pesto on multigrain, that’s light on the cheese,” she added. “We can
practically customize a pizza to anyone’s palate and diet without penalizing them on the price.”
A newcomer to the fast casual scene, Top That! Pizza is quickly becoming known for its quick
service and fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Guests have the option of three kinds of gourmet
style crusts to choose from as well as nine sauces, including bold Italian red, basil pesto, creamy
nada vodka, barbecue, Thai peanut, sweet roma red, and angry alfredo. Guests can also choose from
over twenty fresh vegetables, ten kinds of meats and seven cheeses such as asiago, feta, gorgonzola,
provolone, feta, parmesan, sharp cheddar and pecorino Romano.
For diners who don’t want to have to think too hard about what they want, Top That! Pizza also
offers a selection of “signature pizzas” that guests can order by name, including a limited time
Siegi’s Oktoberfest Pizza (which includes a trio of sausages from Tulsa’s own Siegi’s Sausage
Factory), which is available through the end of the month. Other signature pizzas include the
