Two New Accessories Make Preparing Perfect Pizza Possible
 
SCHAUMBURG, ILLINOIS, February XX, 2007- The new RATIONAL pizza dish and pizza & grill tray accessories enable chefs and caterers to bake large quantities of pizza to hand-made perfection in the world’s only SelfCooking Center®.
 
The RATIONAL pizza dish, which is designed for use in the mobile plate rack, is manufactured with a special non-stick coating and accommodates pizzas up to 11 inches in diameter. One hundred prebaked pizzas can be ready in just eight minutes. The pizza dishes are ideal for school and corporate catering events when large amounts of people need to be served in a small amount of time.
 
The pizza & grill tray accessory is designed for baking pizza, tarts and flatbreads. The tray remains hot in the cooking cabinet while the radiant heat guarantees the pizza toppings are always moist and the crust is crispy. Using the LevelControl in the SelfCooking Center, pizza chefs can monitor the baking time of several pizzas individually.

The SelfCooking Center has simplified the cooking process to the press of a button, saving time and expensive training and retraining due to staff turnover. It detects product-specific requirements, the size of the food to be cooked and load size.
