On this week’s edition of Ask The Experts we talked with John Arena, the co-owner of Metro Pizza in Las Vegas. In addition to his thriving pizza business John is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Nevada at Las Vegas where he teaches a hospitality management course on all things pizza.
