This week on Ask the Experts weâ€™re speaking with former NFL player-turned-pizzeria-owner Dennis Gibson. Dennis opened Encore Pizza in 2005 in Johnston, Iowa after nine years in the NFL with the Detroit Lions and San Diego Chargers. He’ll give his insights on super pies and the Super Bowl.
