Andromeda appoints new Technical Operations Manager

2006 has seen a huge increase in the customer base for Andromeda, both in the UK and in Europe, with further expansion already on track for 2007.
 
In order to further improve its customer service provision, Andromeda has appointed John Hale as Technical Operations Manager. John has joined Andromeda from BT, where his last position was Head of Product Management for BT Global Services managing major transformation projects for MPLS and IP networks for BT’s customers around the world. During his long career with BT, John worked in many Product Management, Development and Delivery roles in the mobile, Internet and VPN businesses. He brings experience of managing complex and scalable IT projects that are a strong fit with Andromeda’s current operations and growth strategy both in the UK and abroad.
