ADM at IFT 2010 – Booth #3629 

As part of our continued commitment to meeting our food customers’ needs, ADM attends the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) Annual Meeting and Food Expo, which brings together thousands of food industry professionals from around the world. For IFT 2010, we’ve unveiled several prototypes that demonstrate how our ingredients — from functional oils, to indulgent chocolate products, to nutritious bean powders — can be used in a variety of food and beverage applications. 

Gluten-Free Brownie

ADM’s sorghum flour and VegeFull™ bean powder are used in place of wheat flour and combined with our DeZaan™ cocoa and Ambrosia® chocolate to create an indulgent treat that’s gluten-free.  

Nacho Chips & Cheese

These nacho chips are made with our NuSun® sunflower frying oil and VegeFull™ bean powder, while the cheese sauce features ADM ingredients such as interesterified soybean oil and NutriSoy® isolated soy protein. 

Piña Colada Meal Replacement Beverage

ADM’s CardioAid™ plant sterols, Fibersol®-2 dietary soluble fiber, Novasoy® soy isoflavones and NutriSoy isolated soy proteins and are featured in a tropical beverage that makes an ideal on-the-go meal. 

Chocolate Mint Crisp Bar

This satisfying snack bar features a number of ADM ingredients, including our DeZaan cocoa, NutriSoy high-protein crisps, NuSun sunflower oil, CardioAid plant sterols and high fructose corn syrup.
