According to a news report from www.theeagle.com, “United Way of the Brazos Valley raised more than $2,500 during its fourth annual United We Roll event Aug. 16 at the Texas Avenue location of DoubleDave’s Pizzaworks.”
“From 5:30 to 8 p.m., the Texas Avenue location hosted Celebrity Pizza Olympics, live music by The Wesley Lunsford Band and the opportunity to win prizes donated by The Texas Aggie Yell Leaders, Brazos Valley Bombers, Champion Firearms, Bath Junkie, and Academy Sports and Outdoors,” said the story.
