According to mb.com, “Bacolod City-based Mamma Maria’s Pizzeria, which opened two branches in Cebu this month, is determined to surpass the record 60-inch pizza in the United States by making its own 63-inch pizza next month.”

“Mamma Maria’s Pizzeria Inc. owner Jhay Montelibano said the 63-inch pizza, which comes with four different flavors, will be “the biggest in the world.” She said 25 to 30 people are targeted to consume the entire pizza. Montelibano said the company will reconfigure its oven for the gigantic pizza. The pizza chain was able to create a 52-inch pizza in Bacolod City, but Montelibano said it will push to expand this to 11 inches more,” the story said.
