A new record was set for "The greatest variety of cheese on a pizza," during an event organized by the Berlin-based pizza delivery service pizza.de, according to Guinness World Records.

Using a standard-size pizza, Pizza chefs Marco and Andrea from Vadoli restaurant in Berlin used 111 classic and specialty cheeses, measuring just 2.6 grams of each in order to fit them all onto the pizza, according to the story. (View the full list of cheeses–in German–here)

A quick search on the Guinness World Records site reveals several world records relating to pizza ranging from largest gluten-free pizza to largest human image of a pizza.
