New Rochelle, New York, native Dean Medico walked away from the printing business and took his passion for authentic Neapolitan Pizza to the streets. He combined a trailer and mobile pizza oven to create Pizza Luca, a pizzerias on wheels.
APP.com says style was important to Medico and it only made sense to go back to basics with simple-but-delicious Italian-style pies for this mobile pizzeria. Traveling around the northeast, from White Plains, New York, to the Jersey Shore, the culinary school graduate has expanded his reach and also makes custom meals, complete with beer and alcohol pairings of choice.
