U.S. pizza Team member Brad Corbin has opened a new location of his Sloopy's Sports Cafe in Port Clinton, Ohio.

Portclintonnewsherald.com reports the famous sports cafe has claimed Port Clinton as its second home, by opening a storefront in downtown.

John Stephenson, who co-owns Sloopy's with Brad Corbin, said the new takeout- and delivery-only shop happened quickly, but was unexpected.

With the recent closings of both Papa Jimmie's and Pizza House, Stephenson and Corbin decided to take the plunge and purchase the shop. The new location will offer a perfect venue for Corbin's specialty pizzas, including his signature award-winning hibachi pizza — with Japanese white sauce (yum-yum sauce), chicken, shrimp, sauteed broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, zucchini, onions, fried rice and an oyster/soy sauce combination, finished with sesame seeds. The pie was voted the Best Pizza in America 2012 and Best Gourmet in the Midwest 2012.
