This site has some very interesting articles for anyone with a business that sells to the public. There are articles on managing customers who are ready to explode, how to promote name recognition, making your store a destination, the magic if rapport and more. There are also features you may be familiar with, similar to the http://www.pmq.com site, such as an active message board and a great set of marketing and products links.
What we liked about this site:
Articles – Tons of useful articles on the topics mentioned above and many others.
Archives – Nice archive of previously published articles on management, loss prevention, selling and more.
Retail Forum – Just like the Think Tank at http://www.pmq.com/cgi-bin/bbs/index.cgi. Good responses and lots of posts to view.
Chat Room – Weekly scheduled chat sessions with times of sessions listed.
Classifieds section – Plenty of classifieds with services, promotional items and more.
Links – Very nice list of links to sites about marketing, general business, financial info and other topics of interest.
