PMQ in France
Here’s a picture of me and PMQ’s Pizza
Magazine from the European Euro Camp Jeep
2007 in Ardèche, France. Pizza Mann Austria
and PMQ were there!

Steve,
Nice to see that folks are still traveling the
world with us! Be sure to send us photos from
your next adventure.
Soldier Salute
Great article about Staff Sgt. Doughty in
your April 2007 issue. He was my supervisor
while I was in the service back in ’04. I deployed
with him and was hit in an IED attack one week
prior to his incident. Robbie is a great person,
and I’m glad that he’s doing well and is happy.
Too bad I didn’t have an opportunity to work
with Rob for more than about a year or so. I
knew the pizza gig was in the planning stages
with Rob and
Chief there for
a while. Glad to
hear everything
went through,
and I hope his
successes are
bountiful in the
years to come!

Brad,
Glad to hear that we’re a valuable resource
for you. In the coming months, we hope you’ll
find even more of what you’re looking for—
including some information you didn’t know
you needed!
I Love New York!
Your “Slice of the City: New York” feature
in the Jan/Feb issue looked and sounded
great! The photos and layout were fantastic. It
seemed like a blast, and pizza lovers (and there
are many) had to be envious and thinking, “I
can’t wait to do that, too.” That’s what print
media can do really well: capture people’s
imagination in images and words. Great job!

Bruce,
Thanks for the kind words. We have
a lot of fun doing “Slice of the City” and
will begin incorporating video interviews
with them as well. Soon we’ll be visiting
pizzerias in Chicago and New Orleans, so
keep an eye out!
