Orlando Success -- New York Next
 
I want to send out a big thank you to all of our attendees and exhibitors for making the Orlando Pizza Show such a big success again this year. Auditors haven’t made it official yet, but initial numbers show positive increases in activity for the two consecutive years since PMQ has joined the East Coast’s second largest restaurant event, the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Show. In case you’re wondering, the East Coast’s largest restaurant show, the International Restaurant and Foodservice Show of New York, will be held in New York in March of 2008 and PMQ’s New York Pizza Show will be part of it. PMQ Signs Deal With Italian Pizza Publisher

Likewise, Italian readers of Pizza & Food Italia will be reading select PMQ articles about how we operate our pizza businesses here in the states. I hope you’ll enjoy Beppe’s first contributed article about Brandi Pizzeria, the pizzeria credited with popularizing and naming the most popular of all pizzas, the Margherita, back in 1889.
