Start making your reservations now for the biggest and best pizza show the East Coast has ever seen as PMQ's New York Pizza Show
and the International Restaurant & Foodservice Show of New York readies the Jacob Javits Center for an expected crowd of over 18,000
on March 4th through the 6th! That's right…an expected crowd of over 18,000 attendees…AND over 600 exhibitors! If you were at PMQ's
Orlando Pizza Show, then you know that the winning combination has been found in the combining of a pizza show with an established
and extremely successful restaurant and foodservice show.
Even though PMQ has already produced two great shows in New York and the massively successful Orlando Pizza Show, this one is
guaranteed to blow your mind. The great thing about this show, unlike any other pizza show, is that you get twice the bang for your
buck; the industry's leading East Coast pizza show and biggest and best restaurant show…all for one low price. In addition to the 600+
exhibiting companies, there are many free pizza-specific seminars and workshops by industry favorites like Tom Lehmann and Chef Bruno
and new faces like Ed LaDou, Theo Kalogeracos, and Frank Blot, in addition to the Pizza Industry Information Center, America's Plate pizza
competition and the U.S. Pizza Team trials.

If pizza makers are artists, then Ed LaDou can be considered
the Michelangelo of pizza. Ed was responsible for the masterful
pizza creations that made Wolfgang Puck's Spago famous and
went on to develop the signature recipes for the launch of the California Pizza
Kitchen chain. Ed now holds court at his Los Angeles pizzeria called Caioti and
you can learn from the master himself at the New York Pizza Show. Ed will give
a seminar on Contemporary Pizza, which will discuss developing new strategies

innovative, healthy and interesting pizzas. He will also give a hands-on
demonstration of the following styles of pizza: earliest, primitive pizza styles
as a seasoned dough, more sophisticated styles reflecting a broader Mediterranean
range of flavors, the Italian introduction of tomatoes and Italian regional
styles like the foccacia and calzone, Americanized turn of the century
pizza and chain style pizzas, and "gourmet" contemporary and internationally
"ethnicized" pizza. Are his pizzas great? Fuhgeddaboutit!

For the third consecutive year, the world's greatest pizza chefs will all
convene at PMQ's New York Pizza Show in a battle of the best to see just
which country really has the best pizza in the world. For two years running,
the Australians have come to New York and walked away with the
coveted America's Plate and made headlines around the world. Can they
do it again? This competition isn't some "Hey, I want in" and "Here's my entry fee" competition.
Each of the at least seven international competitors have won major competitions and
earned the right to represent their countries. America will be pulling for second-time competitor
Jason Samosky to bring home the plate. The Aussies are coming with all the confidence
of a two-time, undefeated championship team. The Italians will bring tradition and pride to
the ovens. The French will bring all of their culinary expertise and competitors from Canada,
Spain, New Zealand and Switzerland come looking for an upset. Who will it be? Come see the
competition to find out which country takes home the Plate.
