57 PERCENT OF RESTAURATEURS ARE INTERESTED IN PIZZA
As pizza becomes an increasing part of the American - as well as the global diet, menus continue to adopt pizza and adapt styles to satisfy the demand for the world's most popular food. When the 15,000 attendees of last years Florida Restaurant Show were surveyed, 57 percent of them said they were looking for pizza related items. So when the Florida Restaurant Show people asked PMQ to build a pizza show for this highly receptive audience we said, "Of course!" We expect the Orlando Pizza Show to be the best of the three shows we have created during the last three years, but with the addition of an extra 15,000 attendees.
