Tom “The Dough Doctor” Lehmann’s Dough Fitness Center
Don’t wait any longer to get your dough into shape. “Work out” any dough problem you may have with The Dough Doctor himself, Tom Lehmann, who will be on the showroom floor near the Pizza Industry Information Center. Tom will now show you how to make dough in person, with actual dough making and dough forming equipment on site.

Healthy Pizza Symposium
Laura Coti Garrett, MS RD CDE, vice president of Realtime Nutrition will be coordinating and leading the first ever Healthy Pizza Symposium on September 9th at the Orlando Pizza Show.
