TECHNICAL BULLETIN SUBSCRIPTIONS

The AIB Technical Bulletins were first published in 1979. They have since become a valuable
reference source to readers worldwide. This monthly publication was developed to keep the baking industry and allied trades apprised of current trends in ingredients, products, equipment, processing, packaging, new technologies, food safety, and nutrition health. In addition to AIB staff contributions, many Technical Bulletins are written by outside experts in their respective fields.
Annual subscription rates are $50.00 (U.S) and $75.00 (International) per year, postage inclusive. Subscriptions run from January through December each year, with mid-year subscribers receiving the current year issues from January on at the time of their order. Renewal invoices are sent out each fall.
Past issues of the Technical Bulletins are also available by email, fax, or ground delivery for $5.00 each (plus shipping charges on ground delivery). The complete set of past volumes can be purchased in print, on CD-ROM). For an index of past Technical Bulletins, please contact the Research Department of AIB at the address listed below.
Permanent storage is available for your monthly Technical Bulletins as 3-ring binders. These
hardbacked, brown vinyl binders are attractive enough to be displayed on any shelf. They are
standard size binders large enough to accommodate bulletins for at least three years. The binders are available for $7.00, plus shipping charges.
