To incentivize his employees, Evan Kuo, CEO of San Francisco startup Pythagoras Pizza, has a plan to create his own digital currency linked to the valuation of his company. For every pizza baked and delivered, chefs and drivers would earn “fragments,” and the better the company performs, the more each fragment will be worth. Is he onto something or just, you know, on something?
