European Pizza and Pasta Show Returns This November

Three-day exhibition will feature more than 600 brands from all over Europe.

[[PRESS RELEASE]] The 3rd Annual European Pizza and Pasta Show November 13 to 15, 2018, at Olympia National Hall in London, promises to bring together the best in the industry of pizza and pasta from UK, Europe and beyond.

With more than 100 companies exhibiting 600+ brands, the three-day exhibition is the definitive gathering for pizza, pasta, bakery, specialty and premium foods and ingredients producers, suppliers, distributors, food experts, restaurants, large operators, public services, HoReCa buyers, as well as 700+ chefs from all over Europe.

Organized by IPR Events London in association with PAPA – Pizza, Pasta and Italian Food Association, The European Pizza and Pasta Show 2018 promises to be the most interesting, diverse and dynamic industry event so far.

Bel Foodservice PAI from France famous with distinctive, easily identified and already used by millions of consumers, cheeses when cooking at home. The Laughing Cow, Boursin, Leerdammer can be used in a wide range of applications including toppings, fillings and sauces for pizza and pasta. Bel Foodservice PAI is joined by Russia’s leading pasta producer Makfa, the Italian pizza accessories manufacturer GI Metal and the UK pizza equipment distributor – Jestic Foodservice Equipment. The 2018 EPPS will introduce you to the new and most ambitious EPOS provider on the market – IIKO – with specially designed pizzerias and restaurant automation system. As tradition goes, the title sponsor of EPPS 2018 is again the well-known and respected frozen pizza producer in the UK – Kiren Foods Ltd.

The Food and Beverage Theatre of EPPS will host 18 seminars, featuring speakers such as Jim Winship – Director of PAPA, Tom Elliot from Pizza Pilgrims, Randy Leibowitz – PepsiCo, Katherine Tsang from Diageo, Heather Mills - founder of VBites, James Lowman representing Association of Convenience Stores and Edin Basic founder of Firezza.

For all professional chefs, the organizers have designed an exciting program of cooking presentations and world class competitions. On the 14th of November, visitors and exhibitors are invited to a Master Class with the award-winning chef and restaurateur Aldo Zilli, who specializes in Italian, vegetarian and seafood cuisine.

The European Pizza Championship, part of Pizza Senza Frontiere, will be hosting a record number of chefs competing for the coveted title of European Pizza Champion 2018.

The third day of the show will see 36  UK chefs competing for the 2018 PAPA (Pizza, Pasta and Italian Food Association) Pizza and Pasta Chefs of the year Awards. Lead by judges Theo Randall, a British-born professional chef specializing in Italian cuisine, joined by Enzo Oliveri, an Italian-born celebrity chef, Terry Wiggins MBE – Head Sous Chef at the House of Commons and Michael Eyre - Culinary Director Jestic Foodservice Equipment, the competitions will set a new benchmark for Italian cuisine in the UK.
