France gave Americans the Statue of Liberty and coq au vin. We gave them the hot dog pizza. Sounds like a fair bargain to us.

Domino’s France has unveiled its new and thoroughly American-sounding Hot Dog Pizza, which comes topped with mozzarella, hot dog slices, pickles, crispy onions, and a BBQ drizzle. Customers can even order the pie with a yellow mustard sauce instead of the standard red sauce. And those who subscribe to the notion that there’s no such thing as too many wienies can request a hot-dog stuffed crust, too.

Domino’s France also introduced the Cal’z Hot Dog, a specialty calzone that’s stuffed with hot dog slices, mozz and yellow mustard. The company further tickled (or outraged) delicate French palates with the Burger Pizza, a combination of beef meatballs, mozzarella, tomato sauce, onions, pickles, and tomatoes. So much for ratatouille and lobster bisque!
