Fast-casual pizzerias like Fired Pie offer fast, fresh, customizable choices



Despite health policy attacks against pizza, America’s favorite food continues to explode in popularity. Americans spend $40 Billion on pizza every year, but these days, consumer tastes are changing. The rise of fast-caual brands such as Pieology and Blaze speak to the desire of consumer’s for pizza that's quickly available, made with fresh ingredients and topped with items these pizza lovers choose themselves.

Denver’s ABC affiliate 7News reports on what to expect from new pizza chains popping up to meet the demand. They call it "Netflix versitility."

Chains like Denver newcomer Fired Pie, (pictured) whose spokesperson claims in this video report that it’s capturing market share by offering its customers pizza that’s “fast, fresh and customizable.
