It all starts with a server button that says “Knock-Knock” and a repertoire of cheesy jokes.

Don’t Be Afraid to Raise Your Prices

When is the right time to raise prices? Right now, says Sean Brauser, founder of the Romeo’s Pizza chain. If your costs keep going up and your margins are getting tighter, it’s better to charge more for your pizza than to cut back on the quality of your ingredients or reduce your staff and, thus, your level of service. Believe it or not, most customers won’t even notice the change.

Brauser explains how to raise prices and get away with it at PMQ.com.
