The new sizes – Grande 32" and 36" and Ultra 40" – provide up to 20% more cooking surface area than any other stainless steel pizza ovens on the market. Lightweight and efficient, Bella stainless steel pizza ovens combine the experience of cooking in a wood fired oven with the convenience of a grill.
Bella wood fired ovens are comparable to imported Italian ovens in performance and durability but offer more features at a lower price point. The smallest oven is just 26" wide by 18" deep – small enough to fit on an apartment patio, while the largest oven can cook up to 10 pizzas at a time – perfect for large parties or catering events. Performance and Portability Bella wood fired ovens are fully assembled and feature ultra-premium construction and materials including 304 stainless steel, solid weld oven dome, extended landing, door and chimney with a damper. The cooking floor in the larger sizes features baking stones with a higher cordierite content for commercial oven applications to protect the floor from thermal shock and reduced “spalling." Additionally, the vent design on the larger models is outside the cooking chamber so the oven retains heat longer and the food has a more pronounced wood fired flavor.
Even with the large cooking capacity, the ovens heat up in about 15 minutes. Bella wood fired ovens come complete with a cart made of 304 stainless steel legs and bottom tray to store wood. Four caster wheels give the oven portability to take a pizza party anywhere – on the patio, by the pool or to events.
