Michael Hildreth gets paid to listen to heavy metal music all day—and he’s so good at it, he says he’s boosted his employer’s profits by 40%. Hildreth has become locally famous for his headbanging, foot-stomping theatrics outside a Papa Murphy’s Pizza store in South Arlington, Texas, scoring TV news coverage and racking up more than 4,000 Facebook followers. But it wasn’t supposed to be a fun gig. According to Hildreth, it started out as punishment for repeatedly showing up late for work.

Irving offers more strategies for getting positive results from negative feedback at PMQ.com.

Firefighters Storm Into Fondi’s Pizzeria, But There’s No Fire

Fondi Pizzeria will be overrun by firefighters next month, but in the best possible way. The Gig Harbor, Washington, shop will host a fire department takeover, raising money for a team that will compete in the Scott Firefighter Stairclimb in Seattle for the benefit of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Participating customers will print a coupon from the fire department’s Facebook page, then present it when they receive the check for their meal on the night of the promo. The coupon earmarks 20% of their payment to the cause.
