Pizza Hut will expand its beer delivery program to 300 restaurants in seven states this month, according to a report in Nation’s Restaurant News.

Pizza Hut stores in Florida, Iowa, Nebraska, North Carolina, and Ohio will begin offering delivery of domestic labels like Budweiser as the chain enters the second phase of the program. One hundred locations in Arizona and California started offering beer delivery in May, and more restaurants in those states will have the option in the coming weeks.

The company said its goal is to “grow beer delivery capabilities to 1,000 restaurants across new markets by summer 2019,” NRN reported. It’s also timed to coincide with the upcoming Super Bowl. Pizza Hut is the official pizza sponsor of the NFL.

Customer demand is driving the program, a Pizza Hut executive told CNN. “Positive feedback … is a big driving force behind this expansion,” Chief Brand Officer Marianne Radley said. “Our customers have come to expect a top-notch delivery experience.” Adding beer delivery “has upped the ante,” Radley added.
