Last week, Irving held a live chat on location with Larry Leibowitz at Bambolina Pizza in Salem, Massachusetts. Leibowitz and Tim Haigh began Bambolina because of their love for pizza. After being in the catering space and traveling around the country trying out different types of pizza, they opened what they call a Neo-Neopolatin style pizzeria.
