Globe Food Equipment Company has added a stainless-steel portion control scale to their line of weighing units. With an IP67 rating, the GPS10-S components are protected from dust and liquids.

Scale has a 10-lb. capacity and four weighing modes (pounds & ounces, ounces, kilograms, grams); and is accurate to within one gram. The GPS10-S is constructed of food-grade stainless steel and comes with a removable stainless steel platter with marine edge.  Battery or AC powered, scale has 1"easy-to-read LCD digital display, push button zero tare, low-battery indicator, and automatic shut-off after 5 minutes of inactivity.

Designed for a variety of applications, the stainless steel scale is compact, portable, and easy-to-clean. Great for all food service kitchens.
