The New Model BMIH-9SQ will divide 9 pieces of dough into a square shape in weights that will make most pizza and bread products. It features a total scaling range of 5-oz up to 23-oz each piece. Square rolls are also a possible new product that can be produced for sandwiches. This machine is compatible with our other BMIH and its 36, 18 and 9-part round heads making it the most versatile dough divider in the world. The 9SQ Head is available separately as well for your existing BMIH Divider to increase its dividing capacity. NSF listed.
