Grimaldi's Pizzeria in Denver makes killer cheesecake — and they're offering two new Girl Scout cookie-inspired flavors to benefit the scouts.

Chocolate Mint with Thin Mints and Caramel Coconut with Samoas are the creamy cheesecake versions of the yummy cookies the GIr Scouts have been pedaling for years. According to Westword.com, just like sales of the cookies themselves, proceeds will benefit the organization; 100 percent of every slice sold will be donated to the Girl Scouts of Colorado. The money raised will go toward activities, uniforms, badges and service projects for nearly 25,000 Girl Scouts in Colorado.
