After more than three years of lawsuits and purchase offers, historic Sally's Apizza in New Haven, Connecticut, which will celebrate 80 years in 2018, has been sold, according to the New Haven Register.

The new owner won't be announced until January. Meanwhile, the former owners, Bobby and Rick Consiglio and sister Ruth will become managers under the new ownership, which they seem happy about. The siblings and the rest of the staff will take a month-long break in January before manning the ovens again in February.

Land records show the multi-level apartment building in which Sally’s is located, on the first floor at 273 Wooster St., and the parking lot at 245 Wooster St. were bought by Lineage Properties LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with a Pennsylvania contact address, according to the New Haven Register.
